Treefort Club ("we," "us," or "the site") is a community question-and-answer site. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
When you create an account, we collect a username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form, never in plain text). When you post a question, answer, or comment, that content is stored and displayed publicly under your chosen username.
Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and anti-spam purposes (for example, to prevent automated abuse of the site).
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic site preferences. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Your information is used to operate the site: creating your account, displaying your posts, preventing spam and abuse, and responding to feedback you send us. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
